Good coffee/kettle, but protection leaves much to be desired. A cardboard box and a plastic bag. The box was hit and the folded plunger arrived. It happens as always, it is almost not noticeable, but when you realize it, you only see the defect. I’m afraid to try to straighten it out just in case it breaks. Should be shipped with better protection.
